Reckitt is hiring a Senior Buyer to manage the Indirect Commercial spend portfolio across Greater China, with a particular focus on marketing spend and commercial fixed costs. You will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and leading key regional initiatives in a global, fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Greater China Indirect Spend in alignment with regional and global procurement objectives.
- Partner with cross‑functional and country teams to optimize cost, quality, and service across the indirect commercial portfolio.
- Manage supplier selection, development, negotiation, and contracting in line with Reckitt standards.
- Drive supplier performance improvements and manage risks and opportunities across the supply base.
- Support COP and NWC improvement and ensure strong commercial governance.
What We're Looking For
- Indirect Category Management experience.
- Experience leading complex, cross‑functional sourcing projects.
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business, or related fields.
- Experience working in a fast‑moving, results‑driven global environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Willingness to travel.
