Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Greater China Indirect Spend in alignment with regional and global procurement objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional and country teams to optimize cost, quality, and service across the indirect commercial portfolio.
- Manage supplier selection, development, negotiation, and contracting in line with Reckitt standards.
- Drive supplier performance improvements and manage risks and opportunities across the supply base.
- Support COP and NWC improvement and ensuring strong commercial governance.
Requirements
- Indirect Category Management experience
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional sourcing projects.
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business, or related fields
- Experience working in a fast-moving, results-driven global environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Willingness to travel.
