Allegheny Health Network is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own the technical lifecycle for the GuidingCare platform. You will be responsible for solution design, requirements gathering, and the configuration and maintenance of FICO and SQL rules to drive business processes and clinical guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Take a lead role with customers and technical teams to capture needs and drive quality business solutions on complex issues.
- Create and maintain deliverables including business vision, requirements, testing plans, scenarios, and user interface designs.
- Actively lead agile scrum teams in roles such as Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, or Tester.
- Provide essential business and subject matter expertise for both project and production-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with required standards and secure all necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Interface with business areas, customers, and vendors to drive value, ROI, and innovative solutions, including performing cost-benefit analyses.
- Lead requirements testing efforts, including testing plans and defect management, to minimize production issues.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, conducting requirement walkthroughs and reporting project status.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in Product and Technology Solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in IS/IT.
Nice to Have
- Proven hands-on experience with the GuidingCare platform.
- Extensive experience in configuring and maintaining FICO rules.
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and rules.
- Experience with other healthcare IT systems and integration points.
- Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $67,500.00 - $126,000.00
