Beth Israel Lahey Health is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to create analytical solutions that turn data into actionable insights. This remote role focuses on developing reports and dashboards with expertise in EPIC and other business intelligence tools, serving our mission of making a difference in people's lives.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement complex reports and dashboards according to stakeholder needs.
- Transform clinical or financial data into usable formats using your subject matter expertise.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Design, implement, and support data modeling and data warehousing projects.
- Develop and optimize data transformations to import and export data from various systems.
- Write complex queries and filters and act as an administrator for the reporting platform.
- Prepare design specifications and functional documentation for business intelligence projects.
- Manage authorization and authentication for report users, adhering to security protocols.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a related field.
- Advanced technical computer skills required for technical support in this function.
