What You'll Do
Design and maintain scalable data models using SQL and DBT or LookML-style logic to support business decision-making. You'll translate ambiguous business questions into structured, reliable datasets that clarify metrics like customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and marketing attribution.
Work directly with real customer data from your first day, identifying gaps, resolving inconsistencies, and improving data quality over time. Prioritize speed and usability—delivering practical insights quickly rather than waiting for perfect solutions. You'll operate with autonomy, iterating based on feedback and real-world results.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience building data models in a business environment
- Proven ability to work with tools like DBT, LookML, or similar modeling frameworks
- Comfort navigating incomplete or messy datasets and improving them systematically
- Strong written and spoken English for clear communication
- Ability to collaborate during U.S. Eastern Time hours
- Self-directed mindset with a focus on ownership and execution
