Imagine Pediatrics is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for responding to reporting and business development inquiries with precise and understandable data analysis.
  • Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to support client reporting, including for growing patient groups and new clinical initiatives.
  • Apply industry-standard business intelligence practices to ensure dashboards are intuitive, efficient, production-ready, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Build data models in dbt to power Tableau visualizations and enable downstream reporting.
  • Use SQL and related tools to extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from claims, electronic health records, health information exchanges, and internal programs.
  • Respond to analytics requests and one-time reporting needs via Atlassian platforms like JIRA, with clear communication and task prioritization.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to build new tools and systems that enhance operational performance.
