Responsibilities
- Monitor KPIs and market trends to identify growth bottlenecks and optimize ROI.
- Analyze ARPUs and drive decisions within the Sales team
- Contribute to growth forecasting and help set financial targets aligned with strategic goals
- Identify and evaluate new markets, GEOs, and distribution channels to drive revenue growth
- Discover, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships (e.g. with Telcos, media groups, platforms)
- Work closely with BI, Product and Marketing teams to develop and optimize monetization strategies for existing and upcoming mVAS offerings
- Own the launch strategy for new services and market entries. Aligning product, sales, marketing, and tech teams
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, Tech, and UI teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in mVAS, Telco, or SaaS
- Familiarity with digital acquisition channels (Google, Affiliation, DSPs)
- Proven track record of scaling business operations or launching new markets/products
- Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in tools like Excel, Quicksight, and Tableau or similar
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different time zones
Nice to Have
- Ability to use Excel Power Query and/or VBA
- Hands-on experience on Advertising Platforms and DSPs
- Established relationships with Advertising Agencies and/or Telcos
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely)
