AdStart Media is hiring a Senior Business Growth Manager to accelerate revenue growth across multiple markets. In this strategic, data-driven role, you will work at the intersection of business intelligence, product, marketing, and partnerships to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and lead go-to-market initiatives for innovative mobile value-added services (mVAS). You will join a dynamic, collaborative, and growth-focused team committed to creating meaningful connections that drive business impact.
What You'll Do
- Monitor KPIs and market trends to identify growth bottlenecks and optimize ROI.
- Analyze ARPUs and drive decisions within the Sales team.
- Contribute to growth forecasting and help set financial targets aligned with strategic goals.
- Identify and evaluate new markets, GEOs, and distribution channels to drive revenue growth.
- Discover, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., with Telcos, media groups, platforms).
- Work closely with BI, Product and Marketing teams to develop and optimize monetization strategies for existing and upcoming mVAS offerings.
- Own the launch strategy for new services and market entries, aligning product, sales, marketing, and tech teams.
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, Tech, and UI teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in mVAS, Telco, or SaaS.
- Familiarity with digital acquisition channels (Google, Affiliation, DSPs).
- Proven track record of scaling business operations or launching new markets/products.
- Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in tools like Excel, Quicksight, and Tableau or similar.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
Nice to Have
- Ability to use Excel Power Query and/or VBA.
- Hands-on experience on Advertising Platforms and DSPs.
- Established relationships with Advertising Agencies and/or Telcos.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely).
