UnitX is hiring a Senior Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Utilize cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business leads in target markets.
  • Own early-stage conversations with key prospects, qualifying opportunities for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of interested prospects, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Share market feedback with sales and marketing to improve messaging and targeting.
  • Help refine and improve UnitX’s lead generation playbook, bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Mentor newer BDRs by sharing best practices and outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of BDR/SDR experience in manufacturing technology, industrial automation, robotics, AI, or a related field.
  • Strong communicator via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Skilled at researching prospects, identifying key decision-makers, and starting strong business relationships.
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to contribute beyond individual quota.
  • Strong desire and ability to grow within a sales organization.
