What You'll Do
Take ownership of end-to-end prospect engagement by initiating outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities. You'll manage both inbound inquiries and outbound campaigns, conducting structured conversations to assess fit and readiness. Your primary output will be securing meetings and demos for the sales team, supported by clear discovery insights and defined next steps.
Consistently meet daily activity benchmarks and monthly pipeline goals by maintaining a disciplined approach to outreach. Accurately track all interactions and lead data in the CRM to ensure alignment across teams and reliable forecasting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in sales development, BDR, or similar high-activity roles
- Proven ability to manage heavy call volume and sustained outreach cycles
- Experience working remotely with demonstrated self-direction
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Track record engaging with US or UK-based organizations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Clear, confident communication style with a focus on execution and results
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in quota-carrying or closing roles
- Background in inbound lead qualification and appointment setting
- Exposure to fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environments
