Detroit Labs is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the strategic acquisition of new clients and drive sales of our services and products. You will spearhead initiatives across outbound and inbound channels to maximize revenue and collaborate extensively with internal teams to craft and implement delivery strategies.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic acquisition of new clients and drive sales of services and products.
- Spearhead initiatives across both outbound and inbound channels to maximize revenue generation.
- Collaborate extensively with various teams to craft and implement delivery strategies tailored to client needs.
- Design custom solutions through creativity and innovative thinking.
- Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with key client partners and decision-makers at the executive level.
- Engage in occasional to frequent travel and in-person engagements to deepen client relationships and present proposals.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, account management, and client delivery teams to conceive and execute strategies.
- Take a proactive approach to contract negotiations and deal structuring for new business initiatives.
