What you'll be doing: Collaborate with field sales, solution architects, and developer relations to: Drive the HQ Global Public Sector (GPS) Industry Business Development (IBD) plan in coordination with regional Sales and Marketing teams. Provide comprehensive training on strategy, sales approach, and go-to-market assets. Ensure strategies possess necessary infrastructure (resources, enablement, training) for successful field execution and market penetration. Advocate for and synchronize headquarters' technical, business, and sales enablement resources across NVIDIA and partner networks to promote mutual success. Support sales engagement with strategic partners. Comprehend regional requirements to champion and distribute global GPS case studies, implementation blueprints, partner enablement, and event support. Serve as an industry expert during sales interactions - conducting customer visits, understanding use cases, budgetary constraints, and purchasing intentions. Maintain detailed documentation for internal reporting, including sales activity trackers, management updates, pipeline development, and progression reports aligned with GPS IBD plan objectives and strategic planning. Collaborate with Regions and Segments on account coverage, pipeline, revenue targets, and progress tracking. Provide regional case studies and assets to global GPS sales enablement programs, working closely with marketing and sales operations. Continuously update and refine go-to-market and sales collateral. Develop targeted account lists with regional account owners to ensure comprehensive account plan development and execution. Conduct opportunity reviews for critical deals, share insights and feedback with headquarters teams, and support closing significant opportunities. Engage with Regional leadership to identify Lighthouse Accounts: government agencies pioneering AI adoption. Represent NVIDIA's perspective in strategic forums and industry events. Create and maintain tools and templates for diverse engagement scenarios, focusing on expanding GPU adoption and increasing customer platform investment. Offer strategic guidance to Developer Relations, developing and implementing strategies to enhance platform adoption. Identify and cultivate emerging use cases to explore new vertical market opportunities. What we need to see: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) from a prestigious University. Master's degree or MBA preferred. 10+ years of business development experience in high-tech technology solution sales. Demonstrated strong customer/partner relationship skills across multiple international contexts. Advanced analytical capabilities, including comprehensive market assessment proficiency. Superior written and verbal communication skills in English. Expert understanding and delivery of key product features, messaging, and positioning. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Advanced knowledge of Agentic AI, combined with profound understanding of government operations and local AI ecosystem. Extensive network of government official contacts, deep domain expertise, and comprehensive understanding of governmental sales and procurement practices. Passion and experience communicating sophisticated technical concepts like AI while articulating transformative value propositions. Proven adaptability in dynamic, matrix-structured environments.
