Jobgether is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities and building relationships with executive clients. This role offers significant autonomy and strategic influence in a fully remote, client-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, events, and other channels, targeting C-level executives.
- Manage client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective client order fulfillment.
- Forecast business performance, manage gaps between forecast and target, and report on key sales metrics.
- Maintain high client visibility to provide exceptional service and build long-term business relationships.
- Close deals ranging from $250K to $5M+ while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of proven success in selling IT staffing, team augmentation, or related services.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in sales, consulting, or the resources industry, with exposure to finance, banking, energy, or utilities sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve annual sales of at least $2M.
- Strong track record of closing mid-to-large size deals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency in managing sales opportunities, pipeline activities, and account information using CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
