TransferMate is looking for a Customer Service Representative to contribute to the development and expansion of our services. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer support and efficient administration within our money transfers department, working directly with corporate and individual clients.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained across all areas.
- Handle corporate and individual client queries.
- Provide excellent and efficient service to all clients in a timely and professional manner.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent command of English is a must—both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail.
