Quantum Metric is looking for a Senior Business Consultant within our Customer Success organization. In this role, you will be a key partner for our US-based clients, focused on ensuring they maximize the value from our platform.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, driving adoption and success.
- Analyze client business objectives and translate them into actionable success plans.
- Lead strategic workshops and business reviews to demonstrate value and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to advocate for client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

- Proven experience in a client-facing consulting, account management, or customer success role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Work Mode
