Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of core enterprise platforms (eg. Salesforce, Workday, Netsuite, etc.) and emerging AI technology to build AI-powered automation for manual business processes
- Design and maintain integrations and orchestration layers using iPaaS automation platforms, REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Apply generative and agentic AI to automated workflows to support data-driven reasoning and improve how processes interpret, route and act on business data.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate automation and AI capabilities into well-scoped initiatives with clear success metrics and delivery plans.
- Research, evaluate, and adopt emerging AI and automation technologies, including agentic patterns and platform-native AI features, to ensure solutions remain practical, secure and aligned with business needs.
- Continuously assess capabilities within existing enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite) to identify opportunities to replace custom solutions with native or lower-complexity features.
- Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI, working with Security, Legal, and IT to address data governance, access controls, and risk management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise business systems and SaaS platforms
- Strong knowledge of SaaS enterprise applications and system administration fundamentals
- Experience with iPaaS and workflow automation platforms, such as Workato, n8n, or similar tools, used to build and operate cross-system automations
- Experience designing and implementing API-based integrations, with practical knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks and authentication methods
- Working knowledge of AI technologies, including generative AI and LLM-based capabilities and how they can be applied to SaaS business processes
- Familiarity with common SaaS business processes, such as lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay and people operations
