Responsibilities
- Collect, evaluate, and record comprehensive business needs through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create detailed use cases, process flows, and functional documentation to guide software development teams.
- Lead interviews and facilitate workshops to uncover business requirements and underlying challenges.
- Work closely with project managers, UX designers, and development teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Assess risks, identify issues, and uncover process improvement opportunities, proposing effective solutions.
- Assist in system testing activities, including test case development and involvement in user acceptance phases.
- Promote ongoing enhancement of analysis methodologies and documentation quality standards.
