Responsibilities

- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with internal and external teams
- Document workflows, processes, and system functionality
- Support testing and validation of software changes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards
- Work closely with development teams during implementation phases
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones
- Assist in resolving issues that arise during system deployment
- Develop user stories and manage product backlogs
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Create process models and system diagrams
- Evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements
- Participate in agile ceremonies and planning sessions
- Maintain traceability from requirements to delivery
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards
- Provide training and support materials for end users
- Manage changes to requirements throughout project lifecycle
