Responsibilities
- Create detailed process automation documentation and gather business requirements through thorough analysis and validation to align business goals, process controls, and automation design.
- Assess and rank potential processes for automation based on business impact, feasibility, and expected efficiency improvements.
- Lead efforts in process mapping, redesign, and optimization to streamline and standardize workflows before automation implementation.
- Manage the migration from outdated VBA macro-based automations to current automation platforms, ensuring operational continuity and compliance.
- Enforce governance in automation delivery by tracking progress, managing issues, and reporting on key milestones.
- Maintain project plans, task lists, and performance dashboards to monitor progress, dependencies, and key metrics.
- Develop and deliver stakeholder updates and communications highlighting accomplishments, risks, and realized value.
- Promote collaboration across Business, Product, and Technology units to ensure aligned delivery and ongoing enhancement of automation solutions.
- Support governance meetings and decision-making frameworks by tracking and resolving risks, actions, and interdependencies.
