CVS Health is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Meritain Health division. In this role, you will research and address the root causes of complex customer and business issues involving cross-functional processes. You will have the opportunity to influence process improvement, add value to the member experience, and contribute to the team’s expertise.
What You'll Do
- Research, analyze, and recommend solutions for escalated issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert on unit workflows, systems, key processes, and fiduciary responsibility.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability and document timelines.
- Develop and support thorough business case and member value analysis for potential solutions.
- Communicate compelling and concise results to empower decision making.
- Focus on risk mitigation, customer experience, and adherence to compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience working with business operations and data analytics.
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare and/or third party administrator business environment.
- 1+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of experience with data analytics reporting.
- 2+ years of Meritain system knowledge (DG and/or CSI).
- 2+ years of claims processing experience.
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills across all levels.

- Compensation range: $46,988.00 - $122,400.00.
