Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify business challenges and devise appropriate analytical solutions.
- Design and plan straightforward to moderately complex business processes and system changes.
- Provide suggestions to enhance and support business operations.
- Collect business requirements through various methods, analyze, and document intricate client needs and processes, then relay these to relevant parties.
- Develop intricate test case scenarios for application testing, and oversee the process to ensure all client requirements are met in the system design.
- Create business requirements documents and user stories to support necessary modifications.
- Manage the work allocation and monitoring of other business analysts.
- Understand and analyze simple to complex systems and data to derive actionable insights, demonstrating strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Assist in estimating time for project-related tasks.
- Help update process and procedural documentation.
- Gain a fundamental understanding of the technical development cycle for mobile applications or web portals.
- Support QA, UAT, and Release phases of the project through defect analysis, change maintenance, and other tasks.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
