Toastmasters International is hiring a Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Create and manage project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Provide recommendations for technology solutions to enhance business operations.
  • Support the development and implementation of new business initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business processes and projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to integrate new systems and technologies.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure that all projects align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with process automation and digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
