ECS Federal seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join its Arlington, VA team. In this onsite role, you will analyze operations and develop strategies to enhance business efficiency and manage risk. Please note, this position is contingent upon additional funding.

What You'll Do

Develop new business strategies and models to improve operational efficiency.
Create monthly reports on business performance and communicate strategic insights to senior management.
Identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks.
Maintain, test, and improve business and systems operations.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Identify innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
Evaluate the performance of project teams to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
Act as a liaison between business and IT groups.
Supervise the design of new products and evaluate their market performance.
