A Senior Business Analyst is required to support strategic planning and operational improvement within a fast-paced environment. The individual will develop and assess business models that drive efficiency and support long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement business strategies that align with organizational objectives
- Produce detailed monthly performance reports to inform leadership decisions
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to operations, finance, and technology systems
- Enhance business processes through testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Act as a primary contact point between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support product development initiatives and assess market viability
- Assess project team effectiveness to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery
- Foster strong working relationships across departments and functional areas
Work Environment
This is an onsite position located in Arlington, Virginia. The role requires consistent in-person collaboration and is dependent on the availability of project funding.
