Remote is hiring a Senior Brand Designer

Responsibilities

  • Mentor design team members and promote best practices in design thinking, process, and collaboration to foster a culture of high performance.
  • Lead projects from initial concept through final delivery with full accountability.
  • Contribute to defining the strategic direction and long-term objectives of the brand design function.
  • Create a wide range of marketing materials including landing pages, digital and out-of-home campaigns, sales decks, email templates, media kits, and case studies.
  • Design and adapt advertising units, branded content, social media graphics, and web-based projects for multiple platforms.
  • Enhance current design systems while advancing the evolution of the brand’s visual identity.
  • Support the growth of the design team’s capabilities and overall professionalism.
  • Provide and actively seek constructive feedback to continuously elevate the quality of creative output.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing professionals to meet diverse graphic design requirements.
  • Drive personal and team excellence by delivering meticulous, high-fidelity work and embracing innovative workflows.
  • Produce high-quality design solutions independently and present them effectively to creative stakeholders with speed and precision.
  • Engage in mutual learning and development with fellow designers to strengthen collective skills.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of how visual content performs on major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Maintain strong organizational abilities and excel in creative concept development, design execution, and clear communication.
