Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design — ideally at a high-growth startup, DTC brand, or top-tier agency
- A portfolio that makes people pause. Strong visual taste, range across mediums, and evidence of systems thinking alongside one-off craft
- Deep command of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
- Comfort with speed and ambiguity — you ship great work fast, not perfect work slowly
- Fluency in Figma
Nice to Have
- Experience using AI tools in your creative process — for ideation, production, or experimentation
