The Senior Bookkeeper (Payroll & Bookkeeping Specialist) will take full ownership of the financial operations for a global IT holding company with a fully remote, distributed team. This role is central to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth, scalable processes across multiple international entities.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end payroll for employees and contractors worldwide, primarily through Deel
- Maintain accurate financial records across multiple group entities and subsidiaries using QuickBooks
- Oversee accounts payable, process invoices promptly, and ensure seamless coordination with vendors
- Handle multi-currency reconciliations and ensure bookkeeping consistency across the entire group
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and bring more structure to international financial operations
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in bookkeeping or payroll management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience within a SaaS, tech, or digital product environment
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with contractor management platforms
- Experience with Deel is a significant plus
