Take ownership of financial operations for a global IT holding company with a strong presence in digital services and SaaS. This role is central to maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records across multiple international subsidiaries, with a primary focus on payroll execution, bookkeeping integrity, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing for employees and contractors across the world, primarily using Deel, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
- Maintain precise accounting records in QuickBooks for all group entities, including regular journal entries and month-end close procedures.
- Manage accounts payable workflows, vendor communications, and invoice processing with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform multi-currency reconciliations and ensure consistency in financial reporting across jurisdictions.
- Identify inefficiencies in current financial operations and implement structured, scalable solutions to support global growth.
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping or payroll, preferably in technology-driven or SaaS environments.
- Proven familiarity with QuickBooks and platforms used for contractor management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage complex tasks without oversight.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a structured mindset to manage cross-border financial complexity.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Experience with Deel is highly advantageous.
