Travoom is hiring a Senior Blockchain Gambling Engineer to build a secure, high-performance blockchain platform for in-match sports betting using cryptocurrency. This role focuses on developing decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and integrating crypto payment systems from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Build decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Solana.
- Design, deploy, and audit secure and efficient smart contracts.
- Integrate cryptocurrency wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet) and manage crypto payments securely.
- Implement Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., Optimistic Rollups, zk-Rollups) to handle high-volume micro-transactions.
- Integrate third-party blockchain tools/SDKs and backend solutions using frameworks like Django or Express.js.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, compliance officers, and marketing teams for product launches.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in blockchain development.
- Proficiency in building dApps and smart contracts on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Solana.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Go.
- Extensive experience designing, deploying, and auditing smart contracts.
- Experience integrating cryptocurrency wallets and managing crypto payments.
- In-depth knowledge of cryptographic principles and blockchain security best practices.
- Knowledge of Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., Optimistic Rollups, zk-Rollups).
- Proficient in integrating third-party blockchain tools/SDKs and backend solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and integrate blockchain solutions with an existing tech stack.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cryptocurrency payment systems or gambling/betting platforms.
- Proven track record of building and deploying large-scale blockchain systems or financial applications.
- Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges or other fintech platforms.
- Industry certifications in blockchain development (e.g., Certified Blockchain Developer).
