Role OverviewJoin a globally recognized legal services organization as a Senior Billing Analyst, where you'll play a central role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of billing operations. Reporting to the Billing Manager, you’ll ensure accurate and timely invoice delivery, support process standardization, and serve as a go-to resource for complex billing challenges across international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily billing activities and support the Billing Manager in maintaining operational consistency
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and issued within established timelines
- Act as a primary contact for resolving intricate billing issues and escalations
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance billing accuracy
- Train new team members and support ongoing team capability building
- Collaborate on system upgrades, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
- Help define and implement standardized billing procedures across global offices
- Work closely with finance and client service teams to align billing practices with business goals
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should bring proven experience in billing within a professional or legal services setting. A solid grasp of timekeeping, billing cycles, compliance protocols, and client-specific requirements is essential. You must be able to navigate high-volume workloads, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience mentoring team members, involvement in process optimization projects, and familiarity with billing platforms such as Elite 3E, Intapp, or iManage.
