What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable server-side applications using Node.js and modern frameworks like Express.js and Nest.js.
- Design and refine microservice architectures, ensuring systems are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with long-term goals.
- Improve code integrity through rigorous testing, automation, and peer review processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate user needs into reliable technical implementations.
- Engage in technical problem-solving to deliver complex features on schedule and at scale.
- Contribute to infrastructure decisions involving Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, and load-balanced environments.
What We're Looking For
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least four years of hands-on experience building backend systems in Node.js.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and software design principles—writing code that’s reusable, extensible, and maintainable.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, MongoDB, Git, and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with HTTPS, digital signing, caching strategies, and system administration in scalable environments.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial settings with minimal oversight.
