Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Channel Growth: Design the overarching strategy for global campaigns, overseeing the vision for email, landing pages, and complex lead nurture journeys.
- Crisp Judgement of Messaging, Tone, Value Propositions to drive the right engagement with potential and current customers
- Lead Advanced Marketing Innovation: Develop sophisticated, multi-touch engagement strategies that utilize storytelling to move prospects through the funnel with precision.
- Drive Campaign Intelligence: Utilize multi-touch attribution models to evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets and provide definitive insights into strategic impact on revenue.
- Elevate Audience Intelligence & Market Reach: Lead high-level segmentation strategies and audience mapping to ensure hyper-personalized messaging while maintaining global brand standards and communication integrity.
- Strategic Collaboration & Influence: Act as a key consultant to Digital Marketing, Sales, and Operations, aligning creative capabilities with aggressive business growth objectives.
- Optimization & Experimentation: Set the standard for A/B testing frameworks and dynamic content strategies to continuously evolve our messaging and conversion metrics.
- Executive Insights: Translate complex performance data into high-level reports and BI dashboards that communicate campaign impact and market trends to leadership.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of launching successful, creative campaign strategy.
- Strategic Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can translate complex market challenges into measurable business impact and compelling customer experiences.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce (or adjacent experience with Marketo or Pardot) to execute and track campaigns.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Advanced skills in data analysis and attribution to prove the ROI of creative initiatives.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives across a global organization.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
