Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess current IT environments and identify opportunities for AWS adoption
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure cloud architectures on AWS
- Lead technical discussions and proof-of-concept deployments for cloud initiatives
- Support sales teams with in-depth product and service expertise for AWS solutions
- Present cloud benefits and use cases to technical and executive stakeholders
- Guide customers through migration strategies and cloud modernization paths
- Stay current with AWS services, updates, and industry best practices
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers
- Articulate technical differentiators of AWS offerings compared to alternatives
- Assess customer workloads for cloud readiness and optimization potential
- Coordinate with engineering and support teams to ensure solution accuracy
- Respond to technical questions during procurement and implementation phases
- Contribute to proposal development with accurate technical specifications
- Advocate for customer needs within internal teams
- Track engagement progress and document customer cloud roadmaps
