Current is hiring a Senior Audit Manager (with Tax Exposure)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee audit, review, and compilation services for a broad client base
  • Prepare financial reports following GAAP and GAGAS standards
  • Engage in the development and maintenance of the firm’s quality control framework
  • Support clients with routine accounting tasks, month-end closing, and account reconciliations
  • Assess internal control systems and recommend enhancements
  • Serve clients in various sectors including healthcare, real estate, technology, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations
  • Prepare and review federal and state tax filings for partnerships, S-corps, C-corps, and individual taxpayers, including international clients
  • Advise on tax planning and compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions
  • Assist clients with sales tax obligations, multistate filings, and international reporting
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, delivering technical guidance and career development support
  • Participate in firm-wide process improvements and quality assurance initiatives
  • Contribute to business development by identifying expansion opportunities within current and prospective client relationships
  • Progress toward serving as the primary advisor for a diversified client portfolio across multiple industries

Compensation

The total compensation package includes base salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Salary ranges are competitive within the accounting sector, informed by current industry surveys, and adjusted for experience, expertise, location, and internal equity.
