Current is hiring a Senior Audit Associate

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning engagements, lead on-site and remote audit activities, and report progress to engagement leadership
  • Deliver timely, high-quality service to clients while fostering strong, professional relationships
  • Oversee junior team members in implementing audit strategies and conduct initial reviews of their work products
  • Execute and document audit procedures, with emphasis on higher-risk financial areas
  • Conduct inquiries and apply analytical techniques during review-level engagements
  • Draft financial statements and assess compliance with relevant accounting standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of two years of experience in public accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities
  • Basic understanding of core audit principles and technical requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice to Have

  • CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential preferred, though not mandatory
