About the Role

Modern Family Law is seeking a Senior Attorney to help launch and grow its new Savannah office. This hybrid role offers remote-first flexibility with in-person requirements for court and client meetings, providing the opportunity to shape the culture of a growing team in the Southeast.

What We're Looking For

  • Adept at handling a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support
  • Comfortable with direct client communications, drafting legal documents, and handling depositions, court appearances, and mediations
  • Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations as per ADA compliance

Compensation: $90,000 - $180,000 annually (base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections), plus a $15,000 signing bonus and relocation package.

Work Mode

Hybrid role with remote-first setting; brick & mortar space available in Savannah; in-person attendance required for court and client meetings; eligible to work from anywhere after 6 months.
