DoorDash is looking for a Senior Associate, Retail Partnerships to help steer our effort to adopt and partner with retailers and CPGs at all levels of the sector, supporting merchants' e-commerce strategy. You will join DoorDash's mission to empower local economies and work within a team that values impact, curiosity, and collaboration.

What You'll Do

Drive and lead strategic growth initiatives for your merchant portfolio.
Work with internal product teams to prioritize features for merchants, dashers, and customers.
Project manage the rollout of hundreds of stores across the country.
Design marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning, or churned customers.
Get into the field to do a test delivery.
Gather insights on consumer behavior and shopping patterns.
Lead special projects to drive operational efficiency for your partners.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships in technology or high growth / early stage startups.
Bachelor's degree required.
Business Development and/or Partnerships experience.
Experience with Analytics and Presentation tools.
Proficiency in analytics & visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, SQL).
Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties.

Nice to Have

Prior investment banking or consulting experience.
