Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors seeks a Senior Associate, Product Supply to join our Supply Chain team. In this remote role, you will build and manage time-based supply plans and inventory strategies across multiple product categories, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external suppliers. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring product availability, optimizing service levels, and improving inventory performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop detailed supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business goals.
- Optimize inventory levels and service performance across the entire supply network (production, in-transit, distribution).
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned product categories with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Manage supplier communications for purchase orders, capacity planning, production schedules, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Fulfillment, R&D, Marketing, Analytics) to ensure supply chain efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with a global network of co-packers and suppliers to ensure long-term supply reliability.
- Analyze risks, model scenarios, and make recommendations to address changes in supply, demand, or logistics.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in operations.
- 2–3 years in supply and inventory planning (preferably CPG).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and manage inventory models for complex networks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and coordinate with suppliers.
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (1–2 days/month) to supplier locations.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to see both granular and strategic perspectives.
- A continuous learner with a positive, curious mindset and a good sense of humor.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.

- Competitive salary: $64,080–$85,000 base range for Tier 3 locations (adjusted for other tiers).
