About the Role
The Senior Associate, Product Supply will play a key role in managing operational workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and enhancing supply chain efficiency to support client objectives. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee product supply workflows from initiation to completion
- Ensure alignment between supply operations and client objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reporting dashboards
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements
- Support onboarding of new processes or systems
- Serve as primary contact for internal supply-related inquiries
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors
- Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
- Escalate issues and propose solutions proactively
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Nice to Have
- Experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, or mission-based organizations
- Familiarity with donor-advised funds or grantmaking processes
- Background in logistics or supply chain management

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
- Familiarity with project management tools and productivity software
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to adapt to evolving processes and requirements
- Experience in nonprofit or philanthropic sectors is a plus
- Comfort working with confidential and sensitive information
