Imagine Pediatrics is hiring a Senior Associate, Innovation

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying, prioritizing, and assessing new opportunities aimed at lowering total cost of care
  • Evaluate population health metrics and clinical program performance using data analysis
  • Contribute to revenue growth by developing models that estimate savings across patient groups and contracts, and partner with Finance to align forecasts with service offerings
  • Lead full-cycle execution of clinical pilots, from ROI evaluation and design to cross-functional coordination, performance tracking, and scale recommendations
  • Develop and manage a program-level SKU tracker with metrics on ROI, savings projections, engagement, and reach to inform investment decisions
  • Transform clinical and operational data into clear business justifications and executive-level presentations highlighting program impact and opportunities
  • Maintain an updated record of all active pilots and innovation efforts
  • Use input from care providers, families, and payer partners to refine program designs and enhance financial and clinical results

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in a strategy-focused analytical position, ideally within consulting, finance, investment banking, fast-growing startups, or value-based care operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a healthcare-related field required
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, including building complex Excel models and converting results into clear narratives
  • Proven track record managing projects from definition through implementation and reporting
  • Experience collaborating across clinical, technical, and operational teams to achieve alignment and deliver outcomes
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to define, monitor, and report on KPIs to assess impact
  • Outstanding critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
  • High competence in Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare experience, particularly with value-based care and population health, strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with data visualization or business intelligence tools is a plus
  • Adaptable to fast-moving, entrepreneurial settings and capable of navigating ambiguity with a solution-focused approach
