Responsibilities
- Manage daily tasks related to product configuration, quality assurance, and store upkeep on Shopify platforms
- Ensure high-quality output by adhering to and refining checklists, completion criteria, and QA protocols
- Assist with Shopify product processes such as creation, tagging, categorization, variants, SKU naming standards, and storefront adjustments
- Perform large-scale product data updates using spreadsheet and CSV methods while maintaining strict data accuracy
- Contribute to new store rollouts by reviewing site builds, testing navigation and merchandising, detecting problems, and organizing corrections
- Collaborate with Printful and third-party logistics providers on inventory tracking and resolving order or product discrepancies
- Create and update standard operating procedures to enhance consistency, streamline onboarding, and simplify task execution
- Communicate across departments, particularly with Production, to synchronize handoffs, schedules, and daily workflows
- Assist in managing marketplace operations on Amazon and eBay, ensuring accurate and timely listing management and order fulfillment
- Identify and report potential risks, inconsistencies, and unusual scenarios to prevent customer-facing issues
