WPP Media is hiring a Senior Associate, Commerce Programmatic

WPP Media is looking for a Senior Associate, Commerce Programmatic to manage tactical activation and day-to-day operations of programmatic media buys. In this role, you will be immersed in audience strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis across key retail media networks and DSPs.

What You'll Do

  • Manage programmatic media activations across several retailer media networks and DSPs, including Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, The Trade Desk, and Walmart.
  • Execute campaign setup, bid recommendations, and budgeting using retail bid management technologies such as Pacvue, Skai, and Epsilo.
  • Optimize client accounts to meet their established KPIs.
  • Audit and review digital creative tags, providing clear guidance to the Ad Ops team on verification requirements.
  • Ensure on-going campaign compliance with GroupM established guidelines and best practices.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Identify insights and optimizations utilizing historical data and competitive research.
  • Address technical issues with programmatic campaign serving.
  • Understand key drivers of performance on various ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
  • Assist with reconciliation, invoicing/billing, trafficking, and mapping data to our internal media campaign management platform.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in biddable performance media execution or paid ecommerce, with a strong preference for retail media programmatic execution.
  • Experience in campaign management and optimization across multiple retail platforms such as Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Criteo, Google, and Meta.
  • Strong drive to understand the retail landscape and latest trends in commerce media.
  • Basic analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights that inform strategy and optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • A self-starter attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience across the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
