Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day account needs
- Collaborate closely with junior staff members
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure work is delivered efficiently and at a high standard
- Serve as a key client contact
- Help maintain strong relationships
- Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and the client
- Work closely with other DNA team members as well as a cross-functional group of experts from across the broader IPG network to support campaign development and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 2-3+ years of agency experience
- Understanding of communications in a regulated space
- Strong understanding of communications field, including digital/social media, as well as traditional public relations
- Attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills, poise and professionalism
- Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Focused on problem solving
Nice to Have
- Understanding or eagerness to learn how to work in integrated agency teams (Earned Media, Social, Partnerships, Creative)
- Can promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational functions
- Can handle multiple deliverables at once

Additional Information
- Salary range: $68,000 USD - $78,000 USD
- Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
