Jack Morton is hiring a Senior Associate, Client Experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day account needs
  • Collaborate closely with junior staff members
  • Provide guidance and oversight to ensure work is delivered efficiently and at a high standard
  • Serve as a key client contact
  • Help maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and the client
  • Work closely with other DNA team members as well as a cross-functional group of experts from across the broader IPG network to support campaign development and execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 2-3+ years of agency experience
  • Understanding of communications in a regulated space
  • Strong understanding of communications field, including digital/social media, as well as traditional public relations
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills, poise and professionalism
  • Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Focused on problem solving

Nice to Have

  • Understanding or eagerness to learn how to work in integrated agency teams (Earned Media, Social, Partnerships, Creative)
  • Can promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational functions
  • Can handle multiple deliverables at once

Additional Information

  • Salary range: $68,000 USD - $78,000 USD
  • Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
