Responsibilities
- Create initial client correspondence, core messaging, and supporting materials, ensuring consistency with project strategies, quality benchmarks, and deadlines.
- Apply expertise in earned media to execute media relations initiatives and outreach.
- Build and maintain client confidence through strong, trust-based relationships and clear communication.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement using industry insights to surpass client expectations.
- Promote collaboration across departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support agency growth efforts and contribute to new business development activities.
- Develop proficiency in financial areas including budget management, invoicing, and resource planning.
- Support the professional development of less experienced team members through mentorship and guidance.
