What You'll Do
Oversee the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across major platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance targets. Monitor active campaigns to verify delivery against contracted goals, adjust for efficiency, and maximize return on investment.
Generate comprehensive post-campaign summaries that translate performance data into clear, actionable insights. Partner with sales to shape social media proposals, pricing models, and product offerings tailored to advertiser needs. Support the development of social-first strategies by identifying emerging trends and translating them into viable campaign opportunities.
Contribute to real-time content creation for social channels, including event coverage, video editing, and live posting. Assist in tracking campaign pacing, billing documentation, and cross-platform coordination to maintain operational accuracy.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in social media, marketing, or communications
- Direct experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency with video and image editing tools such as CapCut, Splice, Adobe Express, and Canva
- Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data and guide strategic decisions
- Experience crafting compelling narratives from performance metrics for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and best practices, especially in paid social media
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Adaptability in fast-moving environments and comfort with evolving technologies
