Responsibilities
- Serve as a core member of the ASIC verification team, validating inference accelerator designs from concept to implementation.
- Verify ASIC design, architecture, micro-architecture, and reference models using advanced and systematic approaches.
- Gain in-depth understanding of assigned design blocks, define verification objectives, build test environments, and ensure functional accuracy.
- Work closely with architects, RTL designers, and pre-silicon and post-silicon validation teams to align verification goals.
- Develop, refine, and maintain automated verification workflows to enhance efficiency and throughput.
- Keep current with emerging trends in ASIC verification and integrate innovative methods into daily practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, plus over eight years in relevant industry roles.
- Proven ability to develop and debug testbenches at both building block and full SoC levels.
- Hands-on experience applying random stimulus generation, functional coverage analysis, and assertion-based techniques in verification environments.
- Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog and the Universal Verification Methodology (UVM).
- Familiarity with industry-standard verification tools such as VCS, Verdi, or comparable platforms.
- Solid understanding of the complete ASIC design lifecycle, from specification through GDSII signoff.
- Experience applying machine learning techniques to improve ASIC verification processes.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with UPF-based power-aware verification is advantageous.
- Prior work in netlist and DFT (Design for Test) verification is beneficial.
- Programming skills in Perl, Python, C, or C++ are considered a strong asset.
