Highmark Health is looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consultant to play a pivotal role in our AI Center of Excellence. You will partner with business leaders, clinicians, and technologists to identify opportunities for AI innovation and build a strategy for responsible adoption.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and create education to support effective ideation.
Partner with data science teams to triage and prioritize ideas, serving as a solution designer to recommend roadmaps.
Work across teams to facilitate the design of a proof of concept, ensuring alignment on problem statements and viability measures.
Facilitate engagement across partners and stakeholders to drive timely decision making and business case design.
Lead the process to translate proof of concept into scaled use and value creation, working with project leads on technical and people-related change impacts.
Serve as an advisor and partner for change execution, working with learning, communications, and change strategists to design interventions.
Work with business leaders, portfolio teams, HR, and finance to ensure value captured in the business case is reflected in respective systems.

What We're Looking For

5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy.
5 years of experience orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience and/or education.

Nice to Have

Experience applying generative AI tools and techniques to solve business problems.
A Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science or a related field.
A Certificate in Applied Artificial Intelligence.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $108,000.00 - $201,800.00
