As a Senior Area Retail Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining operational strength and brand integrity across a network of retail locations. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Key Accounts, you’ll ensure stores meet performance goals while delivering a consistent customer experience.
What You'll Do
You’ll provide direct support to multiple retail outlets, guiding daily operations and driving improvements in service and sales execution. This includes monitoring key performance indicators, evaluating visual merchandising compliance, and coordinating seasonal product rollouts with central teams.
You’ll conduct in-store audits to assess display quality and recommend corrective steps where needed. Training is a core part of the role—delivering on-floor coaching to retail staff on product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales techniques. You’ll also assist with inventory management, identifying stock imbalances, reporting discrepancies, and supporting replenishment efforts to maintain optimal product availability.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in retail operations
- Proven ability to manage multi-store environments or supervisory responsibilities is preferred
- Degree in Business, Retail, or Marketing is advantageous
Work Environment
This is a field-based position requiring regular travel across assigned stores in the region. The schedule is flexible, with expectations to work weekends and during high-demand retail periods to align with store operations.
