Responsibilities
- Investigate and manage diverse production issues affecting both application and database layers
- Develop reliable and clearly documented solutions for live system problems
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding issue status and progress
- Review, test, and deploy corrective fixes into production environments
- Collaborate with development and problem resolution teams to address technical challenges
- Guide and support junior team members while ensuring timely resolution of escalated incidents
- Maintain and improve support resources such as FAQs, knowledge base entries, and diagnostic procedures
- Participate in an on-call rotation that includes weekend and public holiday coverage
