Responsibilities
- Lead cross-channel app growth initiatives across paid and organic streams, guiding teams in a matrix environment without direct reporting lines.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and product teams, gathering and prioritizing product enhancement requests.
- Manage end-to-end measurement and reporting systems, with full responsibility for AppsFlyer as the MMP platform, including data analysis, A/B testing, and monitoring KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and Retention.
- Establish and lead an App Center of Excellence to build specialized capabilities and strengthen execution of the overall growth strategy.
- Oversee complete app marketing and promotional budgets, driving the commercial strategy for user acquisition, retention, engagement, and web-to-app migration.
