Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and inform pay strategies
- Support the administration of base pay, bonus, and equity programs
- Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking exercises
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Partner with HR teams to implement rewards initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal equity and external regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compensation surveys and sources
- Assist in annual compensation planning cycles
- Evaluate benefits offerings for competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with external vendors on survey participation and analysis
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and guidelines
- Provide analytical support during mergers, acquisitions, or reorganizations
- Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Support internal pay equity assessments
- Manage compensation data integrity and system accuracy
- Work cross-functionally to align rewards with organizational goals
- Assist in designing incentive plans aligned with performance metrics
- Contribute to the development of rewards communication materials
- Monitor industry trends in total rewards and human capital
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive employee data
- Participate in HR projects related to talent management and retention
