Blackline Safety, a pioneer in connected safety technology, is hiring a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations. You will be a key member of the newly formed Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, and will be critical in establishing operational excellence across the Go To Market organization.
What You'll Do
- Refine Go To Market processes using our tools to optimize sales velocity, revenue potential, and customer retention.
- Define, build, and maintain data products and automations using tools like Power BI, HubSpot, and Excel.
- Design and build controls in reporting tools to reduce revenue leakage and discrepancies.
- Understand business requirements and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Design and develop BI solutions from back-end processes to front-end user experience components using Power BI.
- Assist the business in identifying key performance indicators to drive decisions.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and determine project timelines.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance of Go To Market functions to understand drivers and arm stakeholders.
- Analyze datasets to provide statistics and benchmarks for business trajectory and improvement areas.
- Own the end-to-end commissions process from design to execution.
- Work with Go To Market leaders to quantify opportunities and assist in resource allocation to maximize sales results.
- Drive the annual sales planning process, including account tiering, assignment, and quota development.
- Partner with Go To Market leaders and Finance on revenue reporting and forecasting.
- Work cross-functionally on strategic initiatives as they arise.
What We're Looking For
- Post-secondary degree in Finance, Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or FP&A with a focus on supporting GTM functions.
- 5 years of experience with data modeling for reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and financial modeling.
- Experience with architecture, administration, and troubleshooting in Microsoft-based infrastructure.
- Comfort troubleshooting and fixing performance issues related to visualization delivery.
- Experience with scoping and implementing business needs.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to overall business strategy development.
