As a Data Specialist in BI & Analytics, you'll design and manage Power BI reports and semantic models, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and meaningful for clients in healthcare, public services, and industry.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize Power BI reports and data models using best practices in structure and performance
- Apply advanced DAX and M-scripting to streamline data transformation and analysis
- Work within MS Fabric to integrate and manage data workflows efficiently
- Solve complex data challenges with practical, scalable solutions
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs and co-develop reporting tools that drive decisions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience developing in Power BI, including DAX and M-script proficiency
- Familiarity with SQL and KQL for querying and data manipulation
- Understanding of data modeling principles and MS Fabric’s role in the Power BI ecosystem
- Fluency in both Finnish and English
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with tools like DAX Studio or Tabular Editor
- Python knowledge for data automation or analysis
- Background in data engineering or other BI platforms
- Interest in UI/UX and data visualization best practices
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power BI or data analytics
