Root is hiring a Senior Analyst, Partnerships to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be a key partner in achieving growth by providing data insights and developing data-driven strategies for our B2B2C relationships. You'll act as a 'full stack' analyst, analyzing Partner-facing products and business performance through research, forecasting, and designing metrics and reports.

What You'll Do

Leverage internal and third-party data to proactively identify opportunities to refine our growth strategies.
Construct reporting ETL and processes using SQL.
Maintain and elevate existing internal reporting and dashboarding for independent agents and partnerships.
Communicate results and performance directly to senior leadership.
Work cross-functionally to answer ad hoc questions regarding performance and anomalies.
Work with Business Development and Product to design rigorous testing methodologies and strategies.
Foster an attitude of ownership mentality.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
3+ years of analytics or data science experience in a business environment.
