Google is seeking a Senior Analyst M&A for its Frankfurt office. This role sits within the M&A team of an international mid-market investment bank, offering a significant opportunity to gain direct experience in transaction execution and detailed financial analysis.
What You'll Do
- Support the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and information memoranda.
- Conduct market and company research.
- Work closely with senior team members on live transactions and client presentations.
- Gain exposure to both clients and investors throughout the deal process.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of professional experience.
- An existing affinity for the Investment Banking sector, gained through academic and/or professional experience.
- Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions from start to finish.
- A robust financial and analytical skill set.
- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- A self-starter with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
Work Mode
